A technology commentator says banks will have to give customers better options to protect themselves from online credit card fraud

ASB says it's inundated with complaints about fraud and payment disputes, with a backlog of a month.
Gorilla Technology CEO Paul Spain says as more payments move online, there are more opportunities for fraud.
He says online payments are a pretty loose system at the moment... only four pieces of information would allow anyone to ransack your account.
Spain says banks will pick up their game as we see more fraud, because it's mostly them that's out of pocket.
