Small business owners are feeling optimistic their messages on retail crime came across to officials

Local and government officials met in Hamilton to discuss concerns with owners, but also talk through actions to address the rate of violent crime.

Dairy and Business Owners Group chair Sunny Kaushal says there are good policies, but more action from police and courts are needed.
