No news on when a probe into Darleen Tana will wrap up -- as the cost to taxpayers climbs

The investigation into the MP's knowledge of allegations of migrant exploitation at her husband's e-bike company, began more than 65 days ago.

Political Editor Jason Walls says the price tag so far is 43-thousand dollars.

He says it comes out of the Party's taxpayer-funded leader fund.

He says this means taxpayers are bearing the cost of the investigation -- which has no end in sight.
