Competitors working together to plan for Pike River re-entry
Competitors are working together in Greymouth to develop plans for re-entry to the Pike River mine.

About 31 technical experts from around the world are into the third day of a four day workshop in Greymouth.
The experts have been split into two groups - one working on a plan for full re-entry to the mine, and the other re-establishing the 170 metre seal.
Pike River Recovery Agency CEO Dinghy Pattinson says to have so many experts that are competitors in a room and challenging each other is really good and it shows that everyone there wants to make it happen.
