    The City Council is setting funding goals for the next decade.

    It's expected to make a decision on whether to sell its 34 percent shares in Wellington Airport, to free up funds.

    Council officials have warned of a tight budget.

    And City Design Manager Vida Christeller spoke of uncertainty around the incoming government.

    She says they still don't know what three waters is looking like, as they're yet to receive that information.
