A lawyer representing two people who have had previous issues with Green MP Darleen Tana husband's business claims she knew about it

Tana's been stood down over accusations the business, E Cycles, engaged in migrant exploitation.

Lawyer Alex Kersjes had two clients who won separate ERA determinations against the company which related to unpaid wages and a unjustified dismissal.

He says Tana was involved in the business at the time, including the payroll.

Tana says she will cooperate with the investigation.
