Taking the tiller from sailing greats Peter Burling and Blair Tuke is hopefully a boon, not a burden, for their New Zealand Olympic replacements

Taking the tiller from sailing greats Peter Burling and Blair Tuke is hopefully a boon, not a burden, for their New Zealand Olympic replacements

Isaac McHardie and Will McKenzie have been named in the 49er class for Paris, taking over from Burling and Tuke - who earned a gold medal and two silvers at the last three Games.

McKenzie admits there's pressure with their predecessors' legacy but says they're keen to use it as motivation.

Jo Aleh and Molly Meech have been chosen for the 49erFX.

Kiwi golf star Lydia Ko is back to even par overall in the second round of the LPGA's mixed format event in Las Vegas.

Early on her back nine, Ko was tied for 11th, a short time ago - six shots off the pace.

Ryan Fox was two-under par over on the PGA Tour's latest event in Texas - also six shots off the clubhouse lead.
