Hopes a new family and sexual violence training programme, will hugely benefit everyone in the courtrooms

Family violence educator Shine, has announced it will provide training across the whole Ministry of Justice, to help increase understanding of family and sexual violence.

The package will consist of two in-person training days, to provide foundational knowledge across the ministry.

Shine senior advisor Rachel Kain, says it'll also help those dealing with the entire court processes.

She says they're trying to make sure staff are responsive and identifying to family violence, as safely as possible.
