The iguana stolen from a reptile park in Wellsford has been safely returned home

The iguana stolen from a reptile park in Wellsford has been safely returned home

Police were alerted to a burglary at Ti Point Reptile Park last month, where the offender slithered away with two reptiles.

Since then the 17-year-old stolen leopard tortoise has been returned along with his eight-year-old iguana friend.

Police say they are following positive lines of enquiry to locate the thief.
