    Hosts Melbourne eventually prevailed 16-14 - but not after having to fight off a spirited Bulldogs comeback in the second ha;f.

    Bellamy says the Dogs are definitely an improving side.



    Brisbane pulled away early in the second half to clinch a 28-14 win over the Dolphins.
