    Three youths have been caught after a smash and grab burglary in Rotorua this morning


    It's believed four people broke into a shop on Tarawera Road after 6am, and fled in a car.

    Three people arrested walking down Homedale Street, after being recognised from CCTV.

    Enquiries are ongoing to locate a fourth person.
