    North Korea sends about 900 garbage balloons to South Korea in a week, as Seoul seeks revenge

    South Korea says the balloon campaign, that has seen about 900 float across the border in a week, is "absurd", amounting to "irrational acts of provocation that a normal country can't imagine".
