Industrial-zoned land shortages in Auckland means Briscoes has turned to Drury for a new project

Industrial-zoned land shortages in Auckland means Briscoes has turned to Drury for a new project

    21 December 2024
It will consolidate some of its warehouses into a 100-million-dollar distribution centre which will accommodate over 17-thousand pallets of goods.

The centre, built by property development company Calder Stewart, will take up 3.2 hectares.

Associate Director of Property Ben Stewart says there's now very few sites where this amount of land can be purchased and developed.

He says Drury is a good spot due to location, zoning and certainty of delivery.
