Global dairy prices are continuing the fall from their recent high

Global dairy prices are continuing the fall from their recent high

    19 June 2019
Overall prices fell 3.8-percent overnight, led by a 4.3-percent drop in the price of Whole Milk Powder.

It's the third fall in a row.

Andrew Kelleher from JMI Wealth says milk production is down on last year, but that hasn't offset the fall in demand.

He says buyers appear to be holding out for the lift in production in spring.
