    With the property market continuing to sizzle, concerns are being raised at the number of waterfront campgrounds coming up for sale


    OneRoof's has listings for holiday parks and campgrounds with the potential to be redeveloped for into apartment blocks.

    Campgrounds in the Coromandel, Russell and Paihia are on the market.

    But the Holiday Parks Association's Fergus Brown doubts it's the end of the traditional beachside camping holiday.

    He says campgrounds are often being retained as holiday areas when they're sold.
