The workplace relations minister says Easter trading laws still have their place, in our increasingly secular society

Two New World supermarkets in Wanaka have come under fire for deliberately flouting the law, and opening on Good Friday.
New World says the businesses decided to open after a very challenging year for the area, which has been severely affected by the closure of international borders.
But Michael Wood says Easter is still important for many people -- and businesses should respect that.
