A Greymouth dentist is facing disciplinary action over botched work on 11 patients

A Greymouth dentist is facing disciplinary action over botched work on 11 patients

Bharath Raja Subramani admitted a charge of professional misconduct at a Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal hearing yesterday.

The Grey Star is reporting it relates to his treatment of 11 patients dating from October 2017 to October 2018 at Lumino's Greymouth Dental Centre.

The hearing heard one patient spent 35-thousand dollars on work including implants, which ended up needing to be redone.

The hearing is continuing and a penalty hasn't been decided on.
