An Auckland man has been sentenced for hiding methamphetamine in Covid masks before mailing the parcels to Otago buyers

Open Justice reports the man sent 10 parcels to buyers in Dunedin and Oamaru between August and October 2020.
The former representative rugby player who has name suppression would use fake sender names, and occasionally use his sister's bank account to avoid detection.
The man has been sentenced to six months of community detention and 12 months of intensive supervision.
