Concerns have been raised about police station opening hours after a woman was kidnapped outside Napier Police Station in the night when it was closed and unmanned

The case happened last September and the perpetrator, who also attacked a man who tried to help the woman, has been named as gang member Puk Kireka this week.
Many police stations have shifted from 24/7 to reduced hours - preferring to have officers on the street.
Just five stations remain open at all hours - Auckland Central, Henderson, Manukau, Wellington Central and Timaru.
Police Association president Chris Cahill says he'd prefer a police officer in a car than sitting behind a desk at a station.
