    Two young people have been referred to Youth Services after an aggravated robbery at a dairy in Levin's Winchester Street just after 7am - armed with tools


    They demanded money and sweets - before fleeing and allegedly trying to steal a car from a supermarket carpark.

    Police say they then stole cards and cash from a car -- before being caught.
