A third day of deliberations in the Lauren Dickason triple murder trial

The jury will re-gather from 10 this morning, to enter their tenth hour of deliberations since retiring to consider a verdict on Monday afternoon.

There are four options for the jury to consider.

Dickason doesn't deny killing her daughters but has mounted a defence of insanity and infanticide.

Those options are guilty of murder, guilty of infanticide, the act of murder proven but not criminally responsible on account of insanity, and the act of infanticide proven but not criminally responsible on account of insanity.
