    The number of people affected by the gastro outbreak in Queenstown is continuing to rise


    There are now 40 confirmed cases of cryptosporidium , 10 probable cases, and eight under investigation.

    Officials have told Newstalk ZB they're "actively" looking into why most confirmed cases are aged between 15 and 39 -- including the possibility the source of the outbreak is a food or drink people in this age bracket consume.
