The 16-year-old's secured a five sets to one victory over Brendan Dolan.
He'll face 2018 champion Rob Cross for a place in the decider at London's Alexandra Palace.
Littler stung with his arrows but he was nursing a sore right elbow - rumours abounded that the infamous Ally Pally wasp may have been woken from hibernation again at the venue.
Players have already taken evasive action during the tournament, while another another tried to karate chop the pest... unsuccessfully.
Littler remained uncertain if he was the latest victim on Sky Sport.
The current youngest winner of the title was Michael van Gerwen as a 24-year-old in 2014.
