    Police are appealing for information on a missing Timaru teen


    18 year old Bailey Keen was last seen on Wednesday in Invercargill, wearing a white hoody with blue writing, a white cap, grey shorts and a tattoo on his left hand.

    Police say they and his family have concerns for his welfare.
