A Blenheim gymnastics coach has pleaded guilty to more charges of sexually assaulting young girls

A Blenheim gymnastics coach has pleaded guilty to more charges of sexually assaulting young girls

Open Justice reports Gregory David Pask admitted a further 32 charges at the Blenheim District Court yesterday - bringing his total number of offences over 60.

In December, the 61-year-old pleaded guilty to 29 charges - which included unlawful sexual connection with a female aged under 12.

He was named a Kiwibank Local Hero medallist in 2016, for his work coaching at Blenheim Gymnastics Club - where he had contact with about 180 children a week.

Pask will remain in custody until sentencing next month.
