    A woman's been arrested and charged after a fatal drink driving incident in Napier at the end of last year


    A man had been car-surfing on a mattress atop a station wagon, before he fell off and died on Nuffield Ave.

    Police say the 23 year old woman will appear in the Napier District Court later this month, on charges of excess breath alcohol and reckless driving causing death.
