    The family of a four-year-old boy killed in a Bay of Plenty dog attack is preparing for his funeral today


    Emergency services were called after two people suffered dog bites in Katikati on Friday afternoon.

    Timothy Tu'uaki Rolleston-Bryan died from his injuries - another person was moderately injured.

    The pre-schooler's family have gathered at Waihi Beach marae.

    Western Bay of Plenty District Council says the three dogs seized after the attack have been euthanised.

    The council's yet to confirm the dog's breeds.
