    New Zealand's had one of its lowest Easter road tolls in recent years -- with four deaths, all in the North Island


    One person died in a single car crash on State Highway 12 in Northland's Ruawai on Friday.

    Another died on Mill Road in Haumoana, east of Hastings in crash between a car and a cyclist on Saturday.

    On Monday, one person died in a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 3 in Taranaki.

    Another died on Waipapa Road in South Waikato west of Tokoroa.
