A 21-year-old man who had his murder conviction quashed is wanted by Police

Haami Hanara is believed to be in the Hastings suburb of Flaxmere, and Police say he should not be approached.

He's described as 168 centimetres tall, of medium build, with a cast on his right arm.

Hanara was 14 when he killed homeless man Kelly Donner in 2018, and was sentenced to life in prison.

That conviction was later quashed, and after admitting manslaughter he was released because of time served.
