Police are looking for further information about a robbery in Whangarei on Friday

Two suspects reportedly entered Kensington Avenue Bar, one with a firearm, demanding money.

One man allegedly fired a shot, and assaulted a patron before taking cash and fleeing in a white Toyota Aqua with stolen license plates.

They're asking anyone who was in the area, with dashcam footage from 10pm to 3am, to help their investigation.
