The median sales price for a house in Auckland has reached one-million dollars for the first time in over a year

The average last month was 1.17 million-dollars - almost 36-thousand dollars more than the average for the previous three months.
It is also 116-thousand dollars higher than January 2025.
Barfoot and Thompson Managing Director Peter Thompson says an improving economy and good interest rates are boosting confidence.
