    A 26-year-old will face court after allegedly trying to steal a necklace worth more than 70 thousand dollars from Auckland's CBD

    A 26-year-old will face court after allegedly trying to steal a necklace worth more than 70 thousand dollars from Auckland's CBD


    The woman's accused of entering the store allegedly holding a metal pole, before plucking the necklace from its display.

    Staff challenged her and she then threatened them before allegedly smashing a 20 thousand dollar cabinet.

    She'll appear in court next month on a number of various charges.
