Ahead of a pivotal game for his Auckland Aces side, Kyle Jamieson's thinking back to a record-breaking day with the ball in domestic Twenty20 cricket

Ahead of a pivotal game for his Auckland Aces side, Kyle Jamieson's thinking back to a record-breaking day with the ball in domestic Twenty20 cricket

Jamieson set a New Zealand record a little over two years ago when playing for Canterbury, taking six for seven at a game at Eden Park outer oval.

He will don the Auckland strip on the same ground today, against the Northern Knights.

Jamieson says by the nature of T20 cricket, you can place the ball in the same spot.

First ball's in about five minutes.

In the women's draw, the Auckland Hearts have defeated the Northern Spirit by six wickets.
