Frustration is starting to creep in at the Wellington Phoenix women, as they try to navigate through the remainder of the A-League football season with a dwindling roster

Frustration is starting to creep in at the Wellington Phoenix women, as they try to navigate through the remainder of the A-League football season with a dwindling roster

A number of players are nursing injuries and the Phoenix are yet to be given the green light to bring in replacement players.

Such hasn't been an issue for opposition teams, who have had replacements available when needed.

Phoenix coach Gemma Lewis feels competition organisers neglected certain situations when planning their inclusion into the competition.

The Phoenix women play Adelaide tomorrow.
