Finding the balance between staying sharp and staying fresh has been the biggest focus for the Auckland Tuatara ahead of tonight's second semifinal in the National Basketball League

Finding the balance between staying sharp and staying fresh has been the biggest focus for the Auckland Tuatara ahead of tonight's second semifinal in the National Basketball League

They host the Franklin Bulls on the North Shore from 8pm - but a combination of the competition schedule and court availability issues mean it's been two weeks since they last played a game.

Tuatara guard Cam Gliddon explains how they've been trying to stay locked in.

Top qualifiers the Canterbury Rams await the winner in Sunday's grand final.
