    Three youths have been arrested in relation to an aggravated robbery at a Whangarei dairy


    Police say three people holding knives stole cigarettes and confectionary at a dairy on Morningside Road - about 7:30 this morning.

    Officers recovered the stolen goods at a property in the neighbouring suburb of Raumanga.
