Tim Southee says he'll reflect more on his long international test cricket career once it finally ends, which at this stage will be after the upcoming home series against England in December

Tim Southee says he'll reflect more on his long international test cricket career once it finally ends, which at this stage will be after the upcoming home series against England in December

The veteran Black Caps pace bowler finishes as the only player in the world to claim more than 300 test, 200 ODI and 100 T20 international wickets.

Southee first played for New Zealand way back in 2008, when he was 19, and will be 36 when the three-match series concludes on his home ground in Hamilton.

But for now, he's not looking any further than his next and final mission.

There is a caveat... Southee will remain available if New Zealand make the World Test Championship final in June.
