    Two people have been injured after several shots were fired in central Auckland early this morning


    Police were called to Karangahape Road just before four AM.

    Two people were found with injuries to their leg and foot and required medical attention.

    The alleged offender and a firearm were located a short time later.

    A 21-year-old man has been arrested and will appear in Auckland District Court tomorrow.
