No excuses from Auckland FC defender Francis de Vries following his side's 1-all draw with the Brisbane Roar at Mt Smart

The Black Knights hit the front in the 18th minute through a Lachlan Brook direct free kick, before the visitors equalised right on halftime.

It was Auckland's first game coming out of the international break, but de Vries is refusing to pin the blame for his side's performance on that, on Sky Sport.



Auckland remain second on the table.
