    A 25-year-old man's due in court - after a woman was found unconscious and bleeding in Masterton


    Police were called to a family harm incident at River Road about 5pm last night, and the woman taken to Wellington Hospital in a serious condition.

    Detective Inspector Jaime Woods says they're examining the scene - but aren't looking for anyone else.

    The man's appearing in Masterton District Court today - charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
