A high police presence will be visible in Masterton today for a gang-related funeral

An influx of gang members are expected to travel from across the Wairarapa region to attend the event.

Police say they'll ensure there is no threatening or intimidating behaviour, and that gang insignia is not worn or displayed in any public place in breach of current legislation.
