    Wellington wicket keeper Finn Allen is relieved to have his opening Super Smash outing with the gloves under his belt


    The Firebirds have taken a comfortable 27-run victory over the Kings in Christchurch.

    Allen smacked 57 and made a stumping with the gloves, taking the duties with Tom Blundell and Devon Conway on international duty or unavailable.



    In the women's competition, the Blaze downed the Magicians by 44 runs.
