    A measles case has popped up in Nelson, with currently no known links to previous cases

    A measles case has popped up in Nelson, with currently no known links to previous cases


    It brings the nationwide total to 18 - but all except this one, are no longer infectious.

    Health officials say this case, may indicate undetected measles circulating in the community.

    Anyone who lives in or has visited Nelson since the start of the month, should check the locations of interest in the coming days and follow the advice provided.
