    The man charged over Monday night's fatal bus attack in East Auckland is due back in court next month


    Aucklander Sefo Leger was fatally stabbed, and another victim required hand surgery.

    The 36-year-old appeared in court yesterday, charged with murder.

    He's been remanded in custody and has interim name suppression, until he appears again in January.

    The accused could face life in prison or 14 years for the wounding charge.
