    The army's bomb squad called to a Christchurch suburb after an item of concern was found this morning


    St Barnabas Street in Fendalton was cordoned off after the discovery shortly before 9am.

    Police say they didn't believe there was any immediate threat or danger.

    The street has since reopened.
