A significant amount of silver and gold's been stolen from a West Auckland home

A significant amount of silver and gold's been stolen from a West Auckland home

Detective Shaun Galbraith says items taken from a Swanson Road property between January 14 and 27 included one-kilo bars of silver and one-ounce gold coins, embossed with an image of a kiwi.

He says they want to hear it anyone's seen unusual activity near driveways, gates, or properties backing onto the Swanson rail corridor.

They's asking anyone offered silver or gold for sale in unusual circumstances to get in touch.
