    Lydia Ko's crediting a canine addition for his part in her impressive start to the final event of the LPGA Tour season


    The New Zealand golfer's three shots back - at five-under par - after round one at the Tour Championship in Florida.

    Ko's new puppy Kai is tagging along for this week's tournament - and she says his presence is allowing her to collar the pawfect balance for performance.
