    Young New Zealand golfer Joshua Bai's quest to qualify for the looming US Open has been put on hold


    The 19-year-old Aucklander has reached five-under par through five holes of his second and final round before bad weather has seen play suspended in West Palm Beach, Florida - one of 13 Final Qualifying events being held around America.

    The event has four places up for grabs at the year's third major - Bai is tied for ninth, two shots off the qualifying positions.
