    Swimmer Lewis Clareburt will be holding his breath as he prepares for next week's world championships in Fukuoka, Japan


    The dual Commonwealth Games gold medallist will compete in the 200 and 400 metre individual medleys and the 4 x 100 medley relay.

    Clareburt has been fine-tuning his movements.



    Clareburt's first event - the 400 metre individual medley is on Sunday.
