    Finn Tearney returns to the New Zealand Davis Cup tennis team for the first time in three years next month


    The 30 year old has been chosen alongside a returning Rubin Statham and Ajeet Rai to contest the singles rubbers with Marcus Daniell and Artem Sitak the doubles specialists.

    Captain Alistair Hunt says Tearney couldn't be overlooked after winning the national champs.



    Michael Venus is unavailable for the tie.
